Simon
We are about to decide on our new pool. We have almost decided on a Steel-frame with Liner and wonder if anyone has experience of the longevity of the structure (given steel rusts). The company claims a 30 year gurantee but I cannot imagine that in 20 years (or even 10) there would be a clear-cut claim however good or honourable the installers/company are today. We've already had advise and a quote from Poolguy (Andrew) for a polyester-type frame pool but for one reason or another this didn't progress - and in reality I think we now feel more comfortable with a local (Var) installer, but we can only get a steel one to quote (SCP who do polyester-type pool and are based in Aix do not respond to emails) or a concrete block with liner (but these are builders rather than a company that only installs pools).Any help on the steel option appreciated. For the technical installation Poolguy has concinved us to go with automatic dosing/pH and zelbrite.Tks Simon
