Veryan Posted February 18, 2007 Share Posted February 18, 2007 I recently advertised an Alpool JB2005 pool alarm on ebay, but after a few days it was withdrawn because they said it was a banned item. I challenged this action and after a delay of nearly 3 months I received a letter from ebay saying that they had taken this action because the Alpool JB2005 does not conform to the French regulation NF P90-307 for pool alarms and that it cannot be legally sold in France.
