Poolguy
I suggest that you be very cautous using subterranian water in aswimming pool environment. The minerals dissolved in the watersometimes make it very problematic for swimming in.If you are at all interested in your health, then I urge you to keep the well as such and not venture futher.Andrew

londoneye
Tom, if it's anything like our cave, you can dual function at times, because after heavy rain ours regularly has the aspect of an underground pool !!
Jonzjob
One thing that I have heard to be very careful about is that there can be a build up of CO2 in large underground well 'caves'. There was a case of 2 French blokes killed. The son went into the well and collapsed and the father went in to help and collapsed too. Both died!! There was a CO2 build up that neither realised. What a cost and a waste of 2 lives?I have no idea of how true the sad story is, but?
