oDesk Enterprise Services (www.odesk.com) is helping an Internet technology company staff a online content review project in France from December 15 to December 31. The job is to look at online data and assess the accuracy and validity of the content. We need a large team of contractors -- 100 to 150 -- across different areas of France to take on these tasks. Once the project begins, you can work as long and as much as you want until all of the tasks are complete!!

Payment

This will be a fixed price project on a first-come, first-served basis. On December 16th, the project will begin. Those that are eligible will be paid $0.21 per task, which should equate to approximately $13 to $15 USD an hour assuming you are working at the average speed of 45 to 60 seconds per task.

The rating process

Rater will visually review online images and content and complete specific tasks using a web-based rating/review system. The objective of the reviews will be to determine the relevance of data to the provided queries. You will access the tasks by logging into an online system using your unique login. Your tasks will reside in work queues -- grab one, assess the quality of the information, then on to the next one! Time is of the essence on these projects, and we ask that you complete your tasks as soon as possible once the project begins on Dec 16.

Position requirements

Raters are required to demonstrate basic computer skills and ability to pick up on basic Web applications/tools. If you use the Internet as a primary source for information -- news, weather, maps/directions, etc, -- you are most likely qualified. Raters must also possess native language fluency for that country and a solid knowledge of the locale (cities, states/provinces, zip codes, counties, street/address naming conventions).

Key requirements include:

- Current or recent residence in France

- Valid driver’s license or the equivalent knowledge of the area

- Ability to read and understand instructions in English, and review maps data in French

- Access to a personal computer and secure Internet connection
