The Role

• Provide telephone and email Technical/Customer Service Support to customers within the Technology sector

• Communicate with customers on both and In & Outbound basis

• Research & respond to customer contacts in a timely and accurate manner in line with company service levels

• Maintain & update customer and internal information

• Within a timeframe develop your skills in troubleshooting computer hardware & software

• Work to team and individual goals for response times, resolution of problems and call volumes

• Aim to be the best, always aiming for the highest standard of Customer Service & Technical Support

• Take ownership of complaints and interact with other departments to solve issues

• Reporting to your Team Manager you will strive to meet your objectives

Requirements

• Previous Call Centre or Customer Service experience would be of distinct advantage

• Completely customer focused with excellent interpersonal skills

• Good telephone manner

• Adaptable and flexible approach

• Ability to work on own initiative & Multitask

• Mature outlook and ability to resolve problems effectively

• Team Player with ability to learn fast

• Passion for providing the highest levels of service

• Good computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and databases

• Strong communication skills both verbal & written

• Ability to work under pressure to very high standards

• Fluency in English and French required, both written and spoken
