mike.m
Hi everyone , Pool has operated ok until yesterday when the pump pressure dropped from 1.0 (or 10 ) bar down to .3 (or 3) . Mantra robot can't funtion at this pressure .I've checked for blockages but all appears to be clear . Any advice on what checks I can make before assuming new pump is necessary ? Bugsy
I know very little but if you have a sand filtration system, I'd say a good backwash was in order.
steve
if you have backwashed etc, then take the motor off the pump and check that the impellers are clean and gunge / hair free etc - had to do this last week to one of our poolsSteve
Baz
If pressure is still low after backwashing then next check that all fittings are tight and no air is being sucked into the system.Baz
