f1steveuk
I wondered if there are any Scuba divers in the area of St Cyprien, Belves, Sarlat, who might be able to help us.Aftera few years, the properties of chlorine has made the bottom draincover go brittle, and it's started to break down. I've got a new one,but none of the people I know can stay down long enough to undo the twoscrews and change it. It's such a small job, that to even half emptythe pool is a bit over the top, but if there is someone with a weightbelt, and a small cylinder, it would take all of a minute to do!!So if anyone fancies a free lunch in exchange for 2 minutes diving, drop me a line!! Théière
Love to help but too far away in the Loire. What about a snorkel with and extention? should be fine for pool depth, fill a couple of 5 litre bidons with sand to create negative boyancy and chuck the wife in [:D]
f1steveuk
Haven't found anyone brave enough to try that either! As the drain is at the "deep end" (all of 1.5 metres) I thought human lungs wouldn't be strong enough to get the air down the pipe? although we have discussed it! odile
I wouldn't mind a bottom transplant - as mine is currently larger than in my younger days! The title of your post confused me ... sorry.
