POB
I have an Abriblue, open classic, powered pool security cover. It is broken. The installers are attempting to establish why it will not work apparently it's either the transformer or the motor. The point being, however, that they have left it open, which is fine for swimming but means I daren't leave the house unattended for fear of a passing toddler falling in. I believe that it is possible to open and close the cover manually but I have no instruction manual. I e-mailed the supplier who reffered me to the installer. The installer's staff are helpful but utterly clueless. Does anyone out there have such a cover and know the secret of manual operation, please?Any advice gratefully received. Théière
Sorry to hear of your problems, can't help except get the installers back round to replace the cover. Health and safety are your responsibilty and they should NEVER have left it open.Make sure they turn up with the manual and chase the manufacturer until you get one.
