Last autumn my pool company was tightening the screws to the ladder they told me that they would need to replace ladder to ground connections within a few years. Now they will not open the pool without the parts being relaced. I have sent parts from the manufactureres as they are down the road from me but the pool company are not happy and do not seem to be able to use these and still the pool is closed. the part seems to be a rubber tube of 50mm diameter Can anyone help me. I have also emailed the company who installed for help.
