ams
I contacted the EU this afternoon. Talked with a woman actually French who was very interested in the situation. She needs as much information as possible and is prepared to have the matter investigated by the EU if thought suitable, to prepare an anti discrimination case against the French government, which will be funded by the EU. She told me that a similar problem arose in Holland, however that matter has yet to be resolved. she stated that the problem has been created by the EU and has to be resolved by the EU amending the legislation. I am awaiting her email number and will post it as soon as I get it. her telephone ummber in Brussels is 0032 2 512 59 68It may all come to nothing, but is has been my experience that civil servants hate constant pressure and eventaully like to resolve matters that cause them constant headaches.ams
cooperlola
AMS maybe you could add this lady's details to the lobby thread when you have her name and e-mail. It would be good to have all these avenues of attack in the same place.
