French Health Issues Meeting and Our Future

Recommended Posts

FHI Get-together

The FHI team is meeting for the first time in St Jean d’Angely on 6th/7th April 2008.  This is both to celebrate what has already been achieved and to discuss our future direction.

Whilst there will be a little serious business to discuss, it will mainly be an opportunity to relax and have a few drinks and hopefully a nice meal or two.

We are very conscious that FHI has merely been the catalyst for a lot of hard work by many of you who have successfully fought to overturn the French Government’s original position regarding our health rights.

If you would like to join us for either a drink, or lunch, on Monday 7th April, we would be delighted to see you.  Please send us an e-mail and we shall update you on location, etc nearer the date.

Additionally, if you have any suggestions as to our future direction, please let us know by e-mail prior to 5th April 2008.

I am bumping this up because of the discussion elsewhere about the change from an ICB related E121 to a retirement one:

If there are any subjects like this one, close to forum contributors' hearts, which you feel we might discuss at our meeting, please let us know.

Just to say that we had a very successful meeting and an excellent lunch (if anybody wants to know of a good place to eat and stay in St Jean D'Angely, we can highly recommend one!)

Report (and pics - if you follow the link!) here:

Thanks once again to all who made the effort to attend.[:)]
