Kay
I have managed to find work through a 'Temp' Agency and would like to know what should, or should not, be happening to my CMU cotisations which I am still paying quarterly as well as making payments through my employer.I had hoped that any changes would happen automatically, but it seems not. Should I contact CPAM/URSSAF to arrange for my quarterly cotisations to be stopped and then rejoin CMU when I no longer have work? As the work is a only temporary will there be different regulations regarding payments?Any help/advice gratefully received.Kay
Ron Avery
"Should I contact CPAM/URSSAF to arrange for my quarterly cotisations to be stopped and then rejoin CMU when I no longer have work? " In a word, Yes. You should sort this out quickly as if you are in the CMU Base there is a payment due to URSSAF at the end of this month.
