Chrissie
This probably sounds daft, but now that we've visited the doctor a few times and sent in the brown forms and received back the 70% of the payment, how do we go about claiming the remaining 30% back from the mutuel? Claims for the cost of prescriptions seem to go direct from the pharmacy, and bills such as X-rays are only for the 30% and so can be posted off direct, so they're OK, but the doctor charges have us at a loss. Jackie
For the first claim we made, we received a statement from the CPAM which we then sent to our insurance company who then made their payment direct to our bank account. However, recently we have not received a statement from the CPAM and money from them and the insurance company has automatically appeared in our bank account following submission of the forms.Jackie
