Shane Posted July 14, 2004 Share Posted July 14, 2004 www.dordogne-on-line.infoi went to my doctor recently because I did not feel 100% and he suggested I had an MOT due to my age (45!!!!!!!!!) anyway he gave me the phone number of the clinic at the hospital and we rang and made an appointment, had to wait 2 weeks.Our appointment was for 1.30 pm and dead on the dot they called me in, did the mamogram, very sweet girl, very gentle, then I was told to wait in the waiting room, they then produced x rays and letter for the doctor and we were on our way home within the hour. Thankfully no problems. But it was so different to when I had one in the uk, alot more of a pleasant experience.In all honesty I think if your french is good enough to ring you could probably make your own appointment unless you think you have a problem then it might be better to see the doctor first.
