Clb Posted July 17, 2004 Share Posted July 17, 2004 Were planning to move permanently to France sometime in October, spending several months in rented accommodation whilst finding a home to buy. I have spoken to the DWP and have been advised that I qualify for health cover under E106 for two years. However at the same time I was told that I would need to supply a permanent address in France to qualify. I intend to find my rented accommodation when in France and as such wont be able to supply an address until I get there. My question is two fold. Can I apply for my E106 cover from France without any problem and secondly will the cover provided by an E111 be appropriate in the interim? I understand that E111 is strictly speaking only holiday cover but would it be a case of better than nothing?CLB Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
