Prrof of co habitation for E 106

Does anyone have any experience of what CPAM will accept as proof of cohabitation for a person being added to a carte vitale supported by an E 106?

Obviously for a married couple it is easy with a marriage certificate, but a friend has just lost her French healthcare rights as a widowed mother, but has happily met a new partner who has come to live in France and has an E 106 in his own right and they have set up home together.  I read on here some time ago about the partner having an entitlement to Health care under Ayant droite?  But did this only apply to the E121 status?  If it does also apply to an E106, what "proof" is needed to achieve this status? And no TU she does not want to get married, well not for a while anyway[:)]!!

I would think that all he had to do was fill out the "Cerfa Form" 10548*01 available on-line.

But could she not qualify for a Carte Vitale in her own right under CMU and residency qualification?
