Kitty
The treatment for children's braces in the UK has recently changed. It is now almost exclusively private unless the teeth are diabolically wonky or unless a broken jaw requires corrective surgery. The quote for my 13-year-old daughter's teeth (very wonky and crowded but not wonky enough to qualify for NHS treatment) is - wait for it - £2000! Yes, £2000... Worse, I have two children who ideally need braces. Finding 4 grand is impossible. So as we are off to France for 2 years soon, we thought that we'll wait to see what French costs are.I have searched on the Forum but no one has said how much their children's braces cost in France. Does anyone have this info?
