Benjamin
Welcome to the forum derekm55.The point to bear in mind when reading the link provided by cooperlola is that you need to be registered disabled in France.Being registered disabled in the UK means nothing here. Teamedup
You are simply a second home owner in France and second home owners often pay more than residents anyway as certain allowances can be made for family circumstances in ones primary residence. I don't even know if anyone with a say disability allowance which reduced their local taxes bill as a full time french resident would get an allowance on a second home? Tony F Dordogne
If you are a tax payer in France and resident in France you can get a half portion of one person's allowances added to your tax cushion if you are registered as disabled in France, not in the UK.My French accountant is chasing me to do this at the moment and I'm discussing it with CPAM.
