The English speaking CPAM line says that in order to qualify to be "in the system" (her words not mine), one must work a minimum of 60 hours per month. Anything less and you won't qualify. This is per person and not per couple. Just thought I'd pass this on in case it adds to the debate or clarifies things for others.
