chirpy Posted December 7, 2007 Share Posted December 7, 2007 I have decided after 5years to change my company for health/car/house etc. to another .Today I have received a letter asking for me about attestation.The new company has asked me to get a copy of attestation d'assure social from CPAM. for their files.!! Helen Posted December 7, 2007 Share Posted December 7, 2007 Assuming you have a valid carte vitale you can get an up to date attestation for healthcare by inserting the card in the 'borne' (card reader?) at your CPAM and you can print one out directly.
