Forever hopeful
Hello, as I enter my last year of full employment here we are looking forward to the move to France in early '09 but we are clearly concerned over the health issues as we will both only be 50. Our intention is to have a gite/camping a la ferme and for me to do some consultancy work here as we will still need an income. As global income will be assessed and payable in France can someone advise me please as to how many hours or what level of income I/we will need to qualify for french healthcare. (Will the pension that I will be receiving count as income/). Is it this simple? Sorry for all the questions but this is my venture into this vast cavern of information from those 'doing it'! Thanks FH
