BobDee
I understand from previous postings that this can be done at some Pharmacies. Do you have to take any documentation with you or do you just put it into a machine? None of our details have changed other than my wife now has taken out complementary cover.ThanksBobD
Clair
No paperwork needed, just stick it in the machine. It's green and looks like the machine you put your payment card in at the supermarket [:)]
Ron Avery
"No paperwork needed, just stick it in the machine"Not a CPAM perhaps Clair but at a Pharmacie, if a new complementaire has been taken out, they will no doubt want to see the paper work. When you go to the pharmacie you should take the green attestation slip given to you with the details of your complementaire so that it can be registered, we have had to do this each year so they know that you have continued the Insurance, other regions or pharmacies may vary of course. Clair
Hi Ron,I am only ever asked for my attestation de mutuelle when I hand over a prescription at the pharmacy. When I check or update my CV, I don't get asked for any paperwork. In fact, I have done it in a hospital lobby, at the pharmacy and once at the mairie, all without any assistance or request for any paperwork... But that's just my own experience...
