Though not a urostomist myself, I do work with several medical equipment companies - most of whom are global corporations. There is a very good chance that the brand of products you use at the moment will be available here in france. Check your current supplier's website for a French subsidary.Here is a list of patient groups in France, hopefully you can find one near you: http://www.fsf.asso.fr/stomatherapeutes.htmSomeone there should be able to help you too.
