Tony Dordogne speaks perfect sense to me. I am getting my OH off to the doc this week even though he is still in his 40's. His own cousin who is just 27 years old  'lost one' in January last year all because he was too shy to see the doctor earlier when he found the lump...he had just become a Dad and had only been married 3 years, even now he is still not in the clear. You guys...get yourselves seen to. The women who love you want you around for as long as possible.

Tony...I will be looking forward to this years Xmas greetings from you dear man.

My husband has regular blood tests, three monthly, for another condition and this last blood test, last week, included the prostate one. Yearly we both receive colon cancer tests. We live in Cote d'Or Burgundy.

Hoist by my own petard - that's a new name for it!

Had to see the Doc this week for the three monthly medication check-up - mentioned I had a problem 'down there' (not unusual taking the drugs I take for the leukaemia), quick on the couch, polyglove jobbie, quick letter and I see the Urologist next week!!!  Not an emergency but because of my health problems, wants to get somebody to have a look asap.

And this week is Prostate Awareness Week in the UK - bloody well aware of mine now!!!!!!!!!
