Ian
Very shortly after joining CPAM and our chosen Mutuelle, SWMBO required assorted medical treatment. Not yet having a CV (just a "letter d'attestation"), I have accumulated a handful of "feuille de soins" from a variety of sources, having paid the total costs of the fees, prescriptions, etc.I understand that I submit these to CPAM who will, assuming they're valid, re-imburse me their contribution. The Mutuelle have a relationship with CPAM, so they in turn should re-imburse their share. With luck, it'll all add up to what I spent. The question is, given the feuilles don't have a unique ID number that I can see, how will I know which are being re-imbursed, and how much against each? Thanks
Clair
Your CPAM should send a quarterly statement. You should be able to check the CPAM payments online too.Go to your CPAM website and follow the prompts to create an account. Our mutuelle sends monthly statements and we can check reimbursements online, but you'll have to check how yours handles that.
