Looking for a large garage/storage/out building or something like it

Near Beziers preferably.   It needs to be secure and dry with access for a car and a large trailer from time to time.   It is needed for the storage of spa and pool parts, the ocassional spa and spa and pool accessories.   There will also be a need for some chemical storage and obviously we will make sure safety is paramount in this respect.
