Lindnarden Posted February 1, 2009 Share Posted February 1, 2009 My wife is pregnant and runs her own small business. she pays all the various social charges and cotisations but we can't find out anywhere whether she can claim maternity pay as she would be able to if she were employed by another company. This is especially important as the nature of her work means that she will physically have to stop at about eight months anyway - does anyone have any ideas ??
