milkeybar kid Posted February 4, 2010 Share Posted February 4, 2010 Hubby just received the new application form for EHIC with explaining letter that cards will be issued April and can be used from May1st.He has E121(pensionable age type E121) but I am the dependant therefore will I continue to apply for mine in France?There is no place on the form to add "me" as the dependant.Please, any ideas where mine comes from.MBK Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
