minnie
My OH will be 65 next March. In the autumn we normally get all the CPAM forms to fill in for the next calendar year (i.e. 2011). Can somebody please direct me as to the order of doing things. Will the S1 be dated from 1 Jan or will I need to tell CPAM that we should only pay the 1st quarter. Any suggestions as to how to go about things would be welcomed.
cooperlola
You pay in arrrears. Thus you will carry on with CMU as per then take them the E121/S1/whatever it's called this week as soon as you get it. After that your payment will be adjusted to take account of the form's start date. At least that is the theory.
Patf
Did you know that you need to request a form to apply for your husband's pension/E121? Best to ring and ask for a form at least 4 months before his birthday.
Jazzer
Suggest you download. I rang and it took 1 month for the pack to arrive. I was 65 in early May, my pack arrived with them in mid March and despite a phone call I am still waiting for the award of my pension.
