long term let required in or around Aigre/charente dept 16

Hi,

looking for a long term let in or near Aigre, we are living in St Fraigne at the moment but a change in personal circumstances and the house i rent being up for sale means we have to move. ideally looking for 2 good sized bedrooms and maybe a garage/lock up. i have no pets and i don't smoke, there is myself and my 9 and 10 year old daughters who go to school in Aigre hence not wanting to move anywhere else.

looking for something as cheap as possible so not expecting a brand new mansion!! as long as it is clean,dry and warm we will consider anything.
