Long Term rent required

Me and my family are hoping to move in September to South East France. Does anyone have any contacts or any properties to rent in this area for approximately 500 euros per month. We are quite flexible on the area, just want to be in the South East so Languedoc, Provence, Alps area... would all be considered. We need to have at least two bedrooms or three if possible and would like a garden. We have a well behaved dog and I also need to have a broadband connection for my work. Remote properties would be fine as long as the internet was available. We are hoping to stay for 1-2 years and would prefer furnished property although unfurnished will also be fine. I would be grateful for any help that can be offered - all the properties on the long term lets are right by the sea or mountains so are too expensive, we are quite happy to live away from both of these...
