Evianers
Does anyone else have problems with AXA paying out/reimbursing? Like all insurance companies, they are very quick off the mark when you have to pay them, but the other way around is very different. They are procrastinating and prevaricating in what should be an open-and-shut payment. Today in the post yet another request for further information - they have had everything in triplicate already! This for a hospital sojourn between 12-16 January, which is nearly three months ago. Seriously thinking of obtaining a quote from April - does anyone have any good/bad experiences please? Thanks in advance.
woolybanana
Well, I do remember from many years ago that we always said NEVER AXA. Sounds as if they have not changed their spots!
Patf
When we lived in the UK we had very good service from Axa, so we went with them here. It was very heavy going and our agent was unpleasant, I don't think he liked les anglais. Finally he got a message from head office not to renew husband's motor insurance (well there were a few claims.)So we moved all to CA (Pacifica) never had any problems. The strange thing though, after we'd given notice to Axa they paid out on a claim for the central heating boiler.
