Jonzjob
If you haven't ever heard of them before and you have all sorts of aches and pains it may well be worth a look.I have all sorts of 'smallish' problems because of arthritis and quite often get rid of them now by finding the trigger point and massaging it. I won't even try to explain what they are, but this site will give you the info on it. Quack medicine? Not at all, it works and has worked what seem like near miracles for us. We bought a Thera cane to get to the places that you just can't reach. It even goes on holiday with us. I have wondered what the security people think when our case goes through their x-ray machine??I have no connection with the Thera cane people other than being a very satisfied customer [8-|]Edit : - Yet another senior moment there? I forgot to say that we also got a very good book on it called "The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook" by Clair Davis. It's very informative and gives trigger points that refer pain to places you would not think of!! The calf for back problems for instance!
