Not at all, the person who dealt with me was a real credit to herself and to her service; clear, concise, laughing, gave good relevant inoformation, then did some admin stuff for me to save me doing it.If only the experience of dealing with bureaucracy was so agreeable. Surprising, too, how it almost certainly makes the employee's job more bearable and less stressful just by being pleasant and bringing out the best in the customer.
