idun
Recently it has been said that all of the above, all of which, I admit are used in 'this' family will be 'free' in France in the foreseeable future. Now as some of these things are very expensive, just how is this going to work and who is going to pay?????Glasses, well, frames, type of lenses vary in price. As do hearing aids and I am fairly sure that this also applies to dentures. Are the government going to pay, or are mutuelles supposed to pay the difference?? and how much will costs go up in general if this happens???I find all this confusing. idun
Thanks for the link NH.What easy replies to the questions. Is this person someone who actually knows how much things really cost. I am just having trouble believing that this will happen as they have suggested. For example, a very good friend has a very strong glasses prescription. If they took a basic prescription, the glass would be very thick and uncomfy... so my friend pays up and gets as thin a lense as they can from Germany. It could be argued that their need is for these light and thin german lenses......would they now be free???I shall await the outcome with great interest. mint
Hm.....in this case, I think I pays my money and I takes my chance. These are such personal choices that there is never going to be a one size fits all.
