How awful for you as well as the young mother concerned .. it was the most appalling event.

The anaesthetist was reported by the staff on a couple of occasions saying that she was an accident waiting to happen .. and it did with catastrophic results.

My sympathies, Norman.

All the more shocking because she had been dismissed twice in Belgium.

Surely the hospital should have checked with her previous employers.
