Racerbear02 Posted January 18, 2010 Share Posted January 18, 2010 We have a property consisting of 2 house, a barn and landA neighbour's son has approached me to rent the second house, which we never use, as the basis for a small hunting lodge.In principle, I have no problem with this, but I have looked through the forum and have been unable to find any references to similar arrangements.Does the fact that this will be used as a business make any difference to any sort of rental agreement?Are there any things which should be included, or must not be included in an agreement such as this?I am thinking particularly of taxes, repairs, utilities, insurance and how these will be different.Any advice will be gratefully received, particularly from someone who has done this Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
