Time<%@ Page Language="C#" %><%= Request.Browser.Browser %>
I currently have a couple of problems with Win Xp pro, the first is this: I have a folder which is full of other folders, all of which contain mp3's, to a total of about 2-3 gigs worth. If I try to open a folder within the main folder, then the whole system runs extrodinarilly slow. Should I perhaps pilt the main folder into several smaller folders?Secondly, I recently installed Win XP - I did not realise that I would loose one of my favorite (and semi-frequently used) programs - which is telnet. If you use the command promp, you still get a version, but I find it's options very limited. So, my question: do any of the geekier amongst you know of a good freeware telnet client for Win Xp. I use it mostly for mooing and mudding, as well as playing with a couple of shell acounts, and using it when my freinds war-games box is up. TIA,Tim

It may also be that Windows is trying to extract all the mp3 info of all the files for display in tooltips. There is surely a way to turn this off in the registry but I don't know it offhand.>Secondly, I recently installed Win XP >- I did not realise >that I would loose one >of my favorite (and semi-frequently >used) programs - which is >telnet. Hyperterminal comes with WinXP: C:\Program Files\Windows NT\hypertrm.exe
