Django
My wife and I (late 50s, retiring early) will be moving to buy in this region at the end of February but want to rent for about 6 months in the Mayenne departement while we look. We've found one or two places, but would prefer more choice as we have two cats and need property owners who accept cats and also a safe environment for them. Also, some sort of storage space for a small amount of furniture would be a great advantage.Any links, guidance, help, etc would be very gratefully received. Many thanks for reading! cooperlola
How about beginning with the NOTAIRES' WEBSITEThey can also help with the complications of having no address in France, signing contracts etc etc. If you look at their main site, there is also a page which leads you to English speaking Notaires, should language be a problem for you. cooperlola
Glad you got sorted, and kindly at that! The Mayenne is certainly very lovely in places, imo. Best of luck with your hunting.
