Holiday letting help please

We have a house in the Pyrenees near Ax les Thermes and are considering letting it out for holiday makers. Can anyone reccommend a good company to do this through? Aswe are based in UK most of the year, we won't be able to clean between holiday makers, so we'll need a company that can do this for us. Also I guess we will have to have the house all tickedy boo for health and safety etc. Any info you can give would be greatly appreciated.
