The previous owners used it with no problems with a sky digibox which they took when they moved. I bought a digibox in the Uk and a free to view card and installed both. I get BBC 1, 2 and all the other free channels - all the sky channels say Card is not authorised etc. I cannot receive ITV 1, C4 or C5. As you channel hop up we have 101, 102, then 106 Sky one which I can't get - it doesn't even stop on 103,104,105. If I put in an expired sky card 103, 104, 105 appear with the message card is not authorised.If I bring my SKY card from the UK then I get all the channels with no problems.Duh!I want to leave the FTV card for guests, but don't understand why the ITv isn't working. The viewing card that you bought has not been activated. If it's a genuine Free2View card you can get it activated by calling 0870 054 1800 ... have ready the original details that you gave them to get the card (name, address etc) and the version and serial number of your digibox. You might want to have ready a reason why it has taken you 5 months to get around to activating a card (they havn't been issued since the end of January) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
