Lautrec Posted August 4, 2004 Share Posted August 4, 2004 Have been charged unknowningly for all my telephone calls both with One Tel and France Telecom; the fault lying with OneTel.Registered letters and many E mails have gone unanswerd my the guilty party and now I read on the internet that the mother company in Australia has gone into liquidation and OneTel France is now under legal rectification (whatever that is!)This now explains why my mail has gone unanswered, but they are still sending out their accounts which they expect to be paid! They state that existing customers will still enjoy their services as before, but in view of my experience of them, I am now cancelling my account as from today. (Another registered letter!)
