Davids
HelloI wonder if anyone might consider renting a home in Languedoc to a family with two children for up to a year ( baby and 6 yr old ) We are homeowners here in New Forest Hampshire but looking to move permanently from Aug/Sept 2010. We need up to a year's rental to enable us to do our research throughout the region before we buy ( and sell our UK house, hopefully ! ) and find a suitable ecole primaire for our eldest son.I run my own business which is computer-based but would need broadband internet access. We are an 'older' couple who started a family late ( 56 & 47 respectively ) we are non-smokers and have no pets.We can provide suitable references from when we rented in-between purchasing houses here, in Hampshire and Dorset. Ideally we would prefer to be within reasonable distance of the sea, but this isn't essential.Thank you.

Stella
Hi there, We've had to return to the UK (well, my husband did this week, I'm packing up!) at short notice and our house is going to be available for a long term let before the end of October. It is a large family home (we have a two year old) with four bedrooms (one of the bedrooms has a free standing bath) and the master bedroom has as a woodburning stove, lounge, kitchen, shower room and separate WC. It's a traditional village house with a basement room for wood storage, utility and for hiding boys toys! Broadband is in the village (though it is a large one), we have lakes nearby, and we have a maternelle and a really good school as well as a fantastic one in the next village that is well known in the area.If you would like to know anything further, if you haven't already found somewhere, please do not hesitate to contact me.
