Jackie Posted September 11, 2004 Share Posted September 11, 2004 We use aol and, yes I know some of you hate it, have two telephone numbers which can be dialled for access. Normally the machine will dial one and if this is not available for some reason it will dial the other. Sometimes it does not dial a number at all, we know it is not dialling as we can normally hear the tones going out on the audio. Is this likely to be a glitch in the aol software in our machine. If it does not dial the first number it just sits there and does not try the other. You have to cancel and the reload aol and start again, sometimes this works and sometimes not. It has been doing this for a long time and is not a recent fault.
