Cathouse Posted October 11, 2004 Share Posted October 11, 2004 I unplugged sky when we went down to spain for a few days, when we plugged it back in ,it wont work.We are getting signal strength but no quality at all.We have replaced the dish, box and cable and are still getting the same symptons.Has anybody got any ideas, I am going stir crazy without it(5 weeks now)Also does anybody know of a good sky engineer in the Herault 34 department in case we cant sort it out ourselves.Thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I'm afraid I don't know the name of an engineer in your area. However, have you tried realigning the dish so that you get both signal strength and quality? It may be that you dish got moved when you were in Spain? There is a good website http://www.satelliteForCaravans.co.uk which I used recently to set up my Sky dish in France.
