French furnished rental - looking for tenancy agreement templates

Hi, we are thinking of renting a furnished house in France for 9 months next year while we settle in after what we hope will be a permanent move.  The owners of the property in question are fellow brits who are UK resident, and they wouldn't be using an agent.  I assume we will need a french rental agreement valid under french law, but does anyone please know any websites from which suitable templates can be downloaded, or any other source for such documents?  Many thanks for any guidance offered.
