Wicce Posted December 13, 2004 Share Posted December 13, 2004 O.K., I need some help/advice with Outlook Express. We have our internet service through Wanadoo. At the moment every message in has the attachment symbol tagged on to it - whether or not there is an attachment. I have scanned with the anti-virus programme and come up a zero - the firewall is operational and all seems normal. Weirdly enough, we have just upgraded our computer and exactly the same thing is happening. Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone know what to do? Nick Trollope Posted December 13, 2004 Share Posted December 13, 2004 In Outlook Express, click on Tools->Options, click on the Security tab and check that the "do not allow attachments to be saved or opened....." radio button is UNCHECKED.If it is already, I've no idea..
