Will
Yes, its called Liste Orange and you can find details (and sign up online) here:http://www.agence.francetelecom.com/racine_boutique/residentiel/fp/230/fiche_produit.htmlThere's also Liste Rouge, worth considering because a lot of marketing companies just get your details from the directoryhttp://www.agence.francetelecom.com/racine_boutique/residentiel/fp/229/fiche_produit.html
Nick Trollope
Yes, it's called "liste rouge". I set it up on the FT website, but you could ring them (1014?) or visit your local shop.It works, too.
Nick Trollope
Isn't that just typical, in the time it took me to tyoe my reply, Will got in...And he had more information to offer.Rats!
Racerbear02
I just went looking at the FT website following those links, am I correct in saying that the Red list is like being ex-directory but that also there is no way that the emergency services can access your information from your number as well? if so that sounds a bit extreme. The Orange list sounds a bit less radical and rather nearer to what Crevette was asking for, or have I got it wrong? I1
I get a few "cold calls". I have pretty limited French language skills, so I use them as language practice. What is amazing is that even once they have found how badly and how little I speak French they continue trying to explain what they are trying to sell. They don’t give up early but continue on trying to explain what they want to sell, etc. I’m sure that reversed situations in the UK (i.e. to somebody that spoke very little English), the caller would give up very quickly.
