Helen888 Posted January 26, 2005 Share Posted January 26, 2005 We have used tiscali for just over 2 years. They could not supply us with asdl so we changed to wanadoo. I rang tiscali today to cancel expecting maybe to pay for another 3 months at worst and they said i have to pay until September!!! Mazan Posted January 26, 2005 Share Posted January 26, 2005 This seems odd as Tiscali offer ADSL in exactly the same areas as Wanadoo. There was a period of a few months during which they didn't do this but they do again now. They are no longer competive though.As far as your contract goes: yes, it's one year minimum with tacit renewal for a year at the end of that time.
