It's from a discount phone service provider called Phonexpat. They charge 0.9 centimes for French calls, 3 centimes to the UK, no contract, no monthly charges and lots more including 100 free minutes to your favorite country, as long as your use them within 30 daze fo starting.The paperwork comes in English and French too .Has anyone ever heard of this lot or does it come under the heading 'too good to be true'?John. Renate Posted February 26, 2005 Share Posted February 26, 2005 We have been using phoneexpat since last May and find them very good. the bill comes vis email and for more than 70 calls (some over 20 mins) the jighest bill we have had from them for a month is 19 euros.
